Not good news on the wagon........time and money.........again.
The truck looks like it should at this stage. I know it will have quality workmanship fit and finish when it's done.

yeah - pretty much good to go since May so I can't use that as an excuse for slow progress.
I keep putting it together and then taking it back apart. Working on plumbing

The wagon has distracted / disrupted progress on the truck as I took most of the interior and power train out of it before sending it to the shop.

Then the wonderful news - while repairing the metal damage, the paint peeled off in sheets with an air gun!

    another update:

Here is the pair of support braces - one original and one modified.

I still need to weld back in the support gusset to the modified one and then do all the same stuff to the other one..
I just noticed that ford didn't make a left and a right bracket! I am sure that saved them $0.20 a truck

However, I suspect it will be a little bit before I get back to this project

Seems I have also modified some tendons!
The original cut was straight across but after the surgeon put the pieces back together I have some additional decorations!
At this moment it time, I am hoping to ha be out of this for Key West in May

Still some details to work out with the condenser location as it will required modifications to the hood latch support brackets.
Then I need to finalize all the plumbing. I welded up most of the holes in the firewall so I need to figure out new entry points for the heater hoses and a/c lines.
