want to know what's 'funny'... I still don't have it. Summit Racing is absolutely no help at all - fact is they've been lying about all of it.

found the problem. Kicker's instructions. Kicker says to tap into the light blue wire, want to guess what the light blue wire controls? the dealership is really cool, I called to check and they said they thought it was a ground issue. I hung up then thought "oh lord, no".I called them back and said "confession time" and told them about the kicker tap.. yep, it was the issue. They're fixing the issue calling it a ground fault and also connecting the wire to the right set of wires..... this is the dealership I praised before for finding the airbag issue (corrosion in the plugs) then not charging me for the extra diagnosis.

At least the issue was due to following inaccuracies in the directions... you'r lucky to have a good service department!

and threw a bed box in

it's nice but it doesn't have hooks in the floor... also DECKED is pretty pathetic about shipping and communication (made worse by Summit)

                    *update*

Summit certainly made it better, they have sent me $150 in gift cards for what happened. Hopefully, and more importantly, their CS reps will be more willing to simply tell what they know rather then make it up.

So it had its first oil change .... while I was poking around the car lot (the oil changes are free), I looked at a new Silverado 1/2 4x4.... only noticed one thing.... they have a lower tow rating then my Colorado (7200 v 7700)....

AWESOME! I still like my ZR2 S-10 after 221K miles! And, Sean and I are planning a rebirth of the ZR2 for an encore!

I am very interested in this thread, as I have been wanting to check out the Colorado diesel for the last few months.
