Now that I’ve turned my attention to tires and wheels I went to Princess Auto (I believe it’s like Tractor Supply) and purchased a manual tire mounting machine. Then I went on Amazon and bought a few bits and pieces to get the job done. I wanted to mount it to the floor but since my shop is small it can’t sit there permanently. I drilled 3 holes in the floor and installed threaded anchors . Today after work I mounted the fronts without any drama. The back tires should be delivered in a couple of days.Last edited by langleylad; December 11, 2023, 08:46 PM.

The problem I incurred was the end of the calliper touching the backside of the wheel, so I had to order different spacers. I received my back tires a couple of days ago and they look awesome. I got out the Prostars that I found on Marketplace and they had big brass valve stems installed that I don’t care for so I went to swap them out . The stems I was going to install were to small in diameter for the hole in the rim. So I now know that there are two sizes of valve stems available , lesson learned. The correct one will be delivered today. There’s always something …
