Update on a Couple Days Work.
Finished the Winch Wiring, and welding the plate to the 2" receiver. Glad I put the spare back on to measure for clearance.

Now with all the front bumper lights and winch wiring done, I could put the Air Cleaner back in. I'm going to replace the Hot Air Tube Baffle Door since I had installed Headers in 2018.

Cutout a Stencil for under the front windshield. Masked Off the hood. (This is the reason why I left the windshield masked off and was driving it thru the square cutout)

Had these made as a Joke on a actual event at the "Matt Memorial Off Road Rally" in West Virginia. In a Creek Crossing,
I had accidentally "Submarine'd" the Timber Cruiser !! Had water over the hood up to the Wipers, and my "Honorary Spotter" is Screaming, "I have WATER COMING IN !!"
With water up to the Wipers, it was coming in thru the Fresh Air Grill on the Cowl, and thru the Heater onto the floor.
The Timber Cruiser Did Me Pround !!! We came out the Other Side, and impressed the rest of the JEEP Crowd......

Lots of work getting done, but not much to take pix of.
After painting some rims for the Next Project, the Yooper Paint Booth came down. Cleaned out boxes of Parts on the floor, Click image for larger version

Then moved the Timber Cruiser into that stall.

Now it's just normal reassembly stuff.
Mirrors, Fender Lips, and the Snorkel went back on.

Now debating if I should Reload all my Trail Gear, or Store it "Somewhere" until I am Actually going to a Off Road event ??

                    Yes !!
And you should see what I have under the hood. 1 gal. Straight Antifreeze, 5 qts oil, oil filter, fuel filter, 1 pt brake fluid.

                    Where I go Off Roading.......
you just don't call AAA, and give them your GPS Coordinates. You best plan on Saving Yourself, or at least get out to a "Hard Top Road".

I will post a pix of the rear area with everything packed come spring when I go out on the first adventure.

Here's a pix of 4th of July 2016, camping gear piled on top.

This morning when it gets Above Zero F. I will be going to the hardware store to get some Footman Loops to secure the New Winch down in the back. I secure everything down, don't need 30 lbs projectiles flying around when a "OH, Shit!! Moment" happens. I have been lucky, but have been on Rallys where it looked like a "Yard Sale"
ended On Top of the Driver and Spotter !!

Then I can put the New Soft Top On and Call it Done !!

Started the New Soft Top last evening.
I put the headliner I made for the previous Top in first. Then started the process of getting it on.

Then the Fun Begins, Pulling it Down to start getting the Snaps On the sides.

Come Spring, one day in the warm Sun, and a Ride a Highway Speeds, everything will relax and putting it on and off will be way easier !!!

The sides went on with Minimal Compound Cussing to get the Snaps On. Actually had more time messing with the rear door Pin Style Hasps. Leftover material in the punched hole had to be trimmed out with a Xacto Knife.

Now clean up and reorganize the Stuff between the Two Stalls......
Will bring THAT UP on Dave's Messy Garage Thread Click image for larger version
