    Today refilled the Cooling System,
    test ran engine for over 30 minutes,
    No Leaks.... Yippee, Yahooie, YaHay !!!

    Then made another support bracket to help with The vibration issue. Restarted the engine, ran for another 15 minutes as I tightened it up, now it is solid with the engine.
    Checked the heater for leaks at the same time to make sure it pushed all the Air Pockets out of the system.

    Then added a Little Accessory......
    A "Cream Separator Oil Can" and Holder, as
    "Back in the Day" there were little oil cups on the
    Generator Bearings, Starter Bushings, and Magneto or Distributor Shaft Bearings..... Click image for larger version

      Yes, the SS elbows do not occupy the same real estate as the brass ones. Glad you found a fix. In my plumber days Rectorseal (or Rectumseal as we called it) was the universal answer.
