The Carryall looks ripe for a comet wash. I bet it would clean up good.

Sweet truck Nik. Extra props for storing Rally wheels in the living room.
The good thing with mounting the Rallys was it freed up space in the living room for my American Racing Salt Flats that arrived today. Now I just have to buy a vehicle to put them on. LOL

O.K., got the thing tagged and licensed, but driving it to the DMV for the first time I noticed the rear end is screamin' in this thing. It almost sounds like it's the gears cause when I'm coasting it's fine, it just happens when I've got my foot on the go pedal. Sound like the right direction to start looking?

Got a free gift from DF. When I turned on the cd player, Kid Rock started blaring out the speakers, I guess he left it in there. Nothing like Bawitdaba to get you in the groove. ;D

Kid Rock is to be turned to max volume. Gear noise becomes no problem.

Maybe some decent synthetic gear lube would help (couldn't hurt).

Re: Nik, any news on the '72 Carryall?

I ordered three new rockers for it last week from Brothers since they were on sale, and as soon as they arrive it gets dropped off at the body shop for some rust repair. I'm not wanting to get it too dressed up, but I figure if I can kill the rust on it now that with it being here in NM it will never come back. LOL

Re: Nik, any news on the '72 Carryall?

I TOTALLY scored on a set of buckets and a short second and third row seat for the Carryall, so as soon as they arrive and I get them mounted I'll post some pics. The new rockers arrived last week, so hopefully some progress will be made shortly. Pics will be posted soon, I promise! I'm thinking I should do like Rebel and start a thread with all of my junk on there rather then trying to find each thread. LOL

Awesome! Do you plan on recovering the seats? If so, do you have experience with hog ring pliers? Brad54 wrote a decent article about it in HRD.

I've only got two cars. I start different threads for the cars I work on for other people.

We'd completely confused if DF had one thread for all of his stuff.
