The 3 circuit Dominators are the one's with the bad rap. They have that extra intermediate circuit that, save for an air bleed, is essentially not tunable and just dumps fuel at part throttle. I eliminated that 3rd circuit and installed the standard progressive linkage so mine is just a big ole 4150 in operation.
