It is working much much better, but I think I am at the far end of what these 30lb injectors can deliver. My duty cycles are in the high 90's. I can prob crutch it with more fuel pressure and a little tighter on the tune, but I am currently keeping my eyes peeled for some slightly larger ones.
Ford sells the 2020-2021 GT500 injector very inexpensively. I ordered a set and they are taking forever to get here. Hopefully they will be here Saturday. These should give us plenty of injector headroom to split a block in half. Haha. There are a lot of tempting options for cheap knock-off injectors, but dang, I just can't bring myself to buy them.
Sometimes I feel like I am playing Whack-a mole. I was chasing a no start when hot situation and discovered that my alternator voltage would climb and climb and climb while the car was running. 18v +. I was already playing with the idea of swapping to a different alternator because I doubted the ability of the stock 60 amp alternator to keep up with demand. As a check, I changed the regulator but that did not change anything. Voltage at the battery just kept creeping up up up. The 3g was an easy swap. I used the 95 amp version and it fit perfect and now voltage is very stable.
