If you have heat, bacon, beer, a fenced in yard and a grill, I might just come down over the winter. You arent far from the wife's sister so if we can bring the dogs along, she could stay there and I could help you for a couple days.

Thanks guys. Almost anything can be saved with enough work and spare sheet metal. Some cars are worth the effort some are not, and worth it depends entirely on what the car means to you. If its purely financial, then this doesnt make much sense, so obviously I dont give a damn about financial gain from this car. That is good, because of all the mistakes and bad spots would need fixed and a real body shop would still charge an arm and a leg to do that.
