Spent some time doing the little things yesterday. Installed a speedo cable, now the speedo works. Ran a wire from the gas tank to the harness, now I know how much gas I have in it. Got the wipers working. All the dash lights work now. Only thing left is to figure out which wire runs the turn signals, and put a blinker in it and put the rocker trim on. Can't wait for the new tires and wheels to get on it, this thing still looks way too grandpa for me.

I considered getting a ragtop tempest a while back, found one very cheap. I'd have hardtop, post, and vert if I did. Maybe find a wagon after that... I have too many things I want to do more right now.

This guy's talking $3,500. and it has a rebuilt engine. I still haven't seen the car yet & it was one of those word of mouth things.

Adding some pics. The servo was leaking on the Th350, fixed that. Got wiper blades for it, filled the tank, gave it a quick bath with a bucket, and did some more buffing on it.

Have been driving the wheels off it lately, going out for a spin tonight.

Went to a show today, didn't enter, but talked to some Pontiac guys. They're not from around here either, so we got along good. They said the same things, that most yoopers are stand offish jerks, so its not just me. Pretty much done with this one, have a couple small things to do, but its drivable as is. When the wheels and tires get here I'll post pics of them, but unless I do something big to it, not much else to do.

Went out to move it after checking the pushrods for a bent one and pulling the plugs. Now it won't start. Acts like a Ford with a blown fusible link, starts for a second and dies.

Luckily for me I have a spare Holley sitting here, so I can put the stock pump back on, yank the EFI, and be able to move it and drive it. Can't get to their website, since it apparently no longer exists. On the bright side I have a fuel system ready for when I build a MegaSquirt multi port, and a chinese intake is only $120. I bet some of these Ford injectors will work for now, which means I need to scrounge up a crank trigger and a throttle body... or just drive it with the Holley.
