  • 48 Chevy Fleetline Pro Street.....

    Hey guys thought id stick my head in the door and say hello!
    Im working on a 48 Chevy Flleetline Aerosedan Pro Street,
    The car has been in metal mock up for awhile now
    Car has alot of subtle mods to clean up the look of the car flipped bumpers moved them closer to the body shaved the locks left the handles etc. little things like that thought id share a few photos, aswell as some progress pics.

    Love to answer any ?'s about build

        Thanks car will be two toned green tea met. off new honda crv and top will be a antique ivory,

        Running gear:

        Solid roller 406
        ARP studs
        11.2.1 Mahle forged flat tops two valve releifs
        Scat crank and 6" rods
        7 quart pan melling select pump
        stefs oil restrictors
        210 Pro- Filers 2.08 - 1.60's ported and flow benched
        by Chad Speir Heads and manifolds
        Lunati Solid roller 243-249 @.050 585"
        Cloyes billet double roller torrington bearing
        CSR electric pump
        PP Huricane Also ported and flowed by Chad
        to match heads
        750 mighty Demon 1" HVH spacer

        350 4,200 stahl heavy duty internals
        Foot braked 4.56 gears
        Narrowed 9" with 4 link
        On Air ride shock waves
        33x19.5's 15x15 15x4 Holeshot lightweight wheels
        Weight 3,100 lbs.

        Heres a few shots of the block its the body color also smoothed the complete block and its base cleared.
        Frame will also be the same as block finfihing up blocking body now ill keep you posted.

          I love the fleetline body style - really like what you're doing with yours.... my bucket list includes the doing a Buick equivalent

            Body mods include welded fenders to the body made front end into a tilt unit lightened car through out.
            custom built inner fender wells all smooth aswell with no visible bolts under hood also smoothed firewall master cylinder moved to frame.

            Opened top of hood at body line pancake style.
            smoothed locks smoothed deck flip out of site liscene plate
            dash smoothed up with 57 chevy truck gauage cluster and custm built cluster
            flipped bumpes moved them closer to the car also built new valance panals
            and a complete belly pan under the back.
            Also smoth entire door jambs etc.

                these cars never did anything for me in stock form, but this..this is freakin bad ass...love the lines, stance is dead nuts on....can not wait to see it done.

                  LOL trust me know one wants to see it done anymore than me lol
                  its comming all the little detail things are taking forever, but body work is getting alot closer working on body gaps now ill keep you posted.

                            A few update photos
                            Sectioned rear bumper 1 1/2"s to tighten up the bumper to the body also flipped the bumper and welded up the holes.

                            Also mounted my igintion over the visor to hide it out of the way.
