That was a ripoff in 1970. It was a $300 car

Living here im michigan I wouldn't even think twice about paying 2,000 for that car. And I would feel I got a great deal.
Coming at you live from the birthplace of GM,Flint,Mi. Where your car is worth more than the property it's parked on.

great deal.... as for the inline 6, you'll pay almost exactly the same dollars for a 5.3 from a wrecking yard... I like the inline 6, for a truck.... car - needs to go faster ;)

          $600 - yea - I hate you and I'm mostly a Ford guy!

great deal - no matter what you do with it - ENJOY IT. Don't tear it all apart and put it in project jail for too long like too many of us do - DRIVE IT.

It won't sit in project car jail. Too nice of a car not to drive, plus, my garage is full of lemons car so nowhere to tear the Nova apart.

Great - enjoy the heck out of it - if I lived somewhere away from salt and potholes - I'd be driving something like that all year.

I'm really digging this car. A limited slip axle, mild TH350, some suspension work with 15 X 7 70's Vette rims along with tweaks to the I6 would be a fun car. I could be tempted to swap my 66 Mustang for it.

                      wow, nice nova

                      my 2 cents=
a big block and four speed would be boss,
but that i6 is cool just because you don't see them every day.

are you planning a repaint, or just leave it original for awhile?

I'm thinking adding a Supercoupe M90 blower and upgrading the fuel system for some boost would be a cool way to knock down some power without making too many modification other than a general freshening and cleanup.
