Great progress Ed! I can't begin to imagine how much fun putting the ceiling up must have been.

        • Planning on primed and painted OSB.

Allen, it really went pretty well once I figured out how to do it by myself.......I modified a sheet rock jack so it would reach the 12' ceiling, and used that to lift the panels. (they are 3' X 12') Two 10' step ladders and two screw guns did the trick very nicely. I used R-30 insulation in 2'X4' batts, so they went in as I hung the panels. Made a million trips up and down, but that didn't hurt me one iota!

I dunno - my calves are throbbing just thinking about it! (Glad you got it done.)

Did the first maintenance in the shop today......changed the oil in the Camaro while standing up!

Very nice! What’s the story on the wagon?

              • Now that Mary's coupe is nearly complete, I needed a new project.....been looking for a nice one for a long time. This one has 45,000 on the clock, (probably 145,000) came from San Diego. Pretty clean!

                            • It's currently running a 400........the 455, or something similar is in it's future.

Been putting the OSB up and finished the corner the compressor will sit in. KILZ primer with latex as a final coat. No sanding! Looks pretty good I think but it's killin' me........sheet rock jack is working pretty good.
