    yup becuase i kept every thing marked i am re-using the barrings i removed they looked brand new and had a 74 date code

      Nice! the bearings should all be the same, but that's why i love my bore gauge - I measure them all as torqued, then measure the shaft to make sure I know the bearing clearance.

      Typical boat engine.... spent way more time in storage than in use!

        it only has 300 hours and it shows. the actual floor of the deck needs to be replaced becuase some one took a sawz-all too it for no reason that we can figure out
