Irony/funny - so the Buick is going to Portland for a few years; where my dad will put a straight eight in the car. I figure that works well for me since I can't find the time to do anything with it.... he stores it, pays to fix it, and drives it... and I get it back at some point in the future.... heck, there's a thought in the back of my head to make molds off it and use a fiberglass body on my creation... who knows, should be interesting

The molds are a very good idea. We had a ton of boat companies up here that closed or went under, including Reinell, Tolleycraft, etc. I was talking to one of their ace fiberglass guys about making a mold for my 70 Monte hood. At the time, we couldn't find a reasonable place to work. Now I wish I would have tried harder.

all I have is a partner on the 50 buick.... and I still have all the bits for that turbo motor, just need the time to put it together - so no, my first allegience is Buick - in that vein, maybe Buick can like what Cadillac did with the Corvette ala XLR... that'd be cool!

or, I could put the turbo 455 in the Corvette

not yet, but it's raining - so I'm safely ensconced in my Hummer

Fiat - wife's car to do same thing as above
BMW - wife hates SUVs, but needs AWD for search and rescue with her pooch
Sedanet - straight line car/ 4 seat cruiser
83 Pickup - SAR backup rig and hauler
H3 - SAR and DD

not eclectic. It's not like there's any other cars that could do those same things - however, if I had a shoebox, that'd be just for fun... but I'm not rich enough for that kind of silliness
