the project was on hold for a little while because I've been busy with wedding organisation and stuff. my fiance and me are getting married next week (May 25th) so that's why no updates on the monte for a while. just tried to make the Monte ready for the wedding but oh well.. lot of other stuff came in and plus a long dang cold winter.
but as we speak there are some more new parts on the way to continue work on the car. already got new rear wheels tubs laying and a cammed LS3 6.2 out of a 2011 camaro

I removed the rear springs yesterday and set the car's height to what I want the ride height later. I wanted to see if it'll fit with the trimmed fenders lips and the 30mm spacer. Looks like I just need to roll the lips now and I'll be set.

    I like all G-BODY

    hi...

Im new hear and you did a good job hear
I was thinking are try to search for steering rack conversion and dont come back to the same old story with lose tairod rubber or steering box gab and keep moving the steering wheel to keep your car in one side when are drive (monky driving)

Because i try to find one for g-body come with acrossmember but i didnt find

Big running boots are always a lot of effort. I admire you for accepting the challenge.

No matter how much you enjoy spending time getting the wheel/tire fitment right, those cheesy door bottoms aren't going to go away!

    Keep up the good work.

thanks! yea the spacers are hub centric. I used some spacers to simulate a brake rotor. a rotor is about 7mm thick.

today I cut my rear fender lips a little. stock lips are about 1" wide.

I half cut them and will roll them later to clear the tires.
