It was decent but I bought it cheaper than I could find a motor, harness, and computer. The best part is anything I can sell on Craigslist or for scrap just drives the initial investment price down.

Thanks for the offer Dan. We actually replaced the clutch Saturday but when it let go it dented a crank position sensor me I couldn't get another until Monday. It is running again and we are looking for another event to try again.

Bummer, Drew. So far my FX clutch (meant for a 320i) is working perfectly. I have the unused pressure plate, TO bearing, and alignment tool if you want it - the PP won't fit the M-B flywheel. I have their 6-puck sintered copper disc. It's a bit grabbier than an organic disc but not too bad and it holds like crazy.

    What was the problem?
Good to see it's up and running!
Might need to invest in spare parts car?

Only got a little over 2 hours in and broke clutch. Trailered it two hours home worked 6.5 hours to put clutch in only to find it wouldn't start. Crank position sensor was damaged by failed clutch. Went back to stay in hotel and retrieve stuff from the track this morning. All around tough weekend trying to endurance race.

All loaded and ready to leave Friday for NCM Motorsports park. No time for the engine swap so we will be running her as she sits.
