      • I think that could be fixed pretty easily. It does not seem to be in a load bearing location. The least I’d personally do is dad clear coat on it to protect the exposed wood, then polish it out smooth. A really good luthier could probably match the stain/color. On the other hand, some of the nicks give them personality. Got the question out to Greg.
