  • It sounds so awesome. I just love listening to it idle. I probably have some exhaust leaks but I think it sounds really cool right now I will get it all straightened out soon with exhaust but I love it.

      • Yep.. me neither. As much as I like a rumpity idle, I like the long tubes screaming "ARREST ME!" through about three gears better.

              • There are actually mufflers on it. It was so stupidly loud with out I couldn't hardly tune the carb it was so loud. And I was hoping to not see any without a hood on or a air cleaner.

Let me know when! I was telling Jennifer the other day we should invite our selves to Wilmington and stay with Dan and ME one weekend. We need to go to one of the local short courses some time.

JWS it sounds great! Can not wait to hear what it runs at the track!

                    • I keep watching it over and over and each time I giggle a little.

                        • Thanks guys. I can't go home in the evening without starting and listening to it. I put the hood on last night and got some street tires for my street wheels. I probably should have thought a bit more about it. They are huge and rub the fenderlips really bad. I am going to go borrow a fender lip roller as the baseball bat is not really working out for me.

But it looks so cool. I have a few opportunities to fix this. I have maximum motorsports adjustable lower control arms to lift it up some and get some clearance and also rolling the fender lips will probably help alot.

                          Onwards towards DRAGWEEK.

                            • Definitely does not look like fun but I have pretty good paint so I am going to try this first before I get to carried away.

I can pick it up on the 8th so I am putting the pony's back on for now. Get some miles on the car and see what happens.

                              • Get the boss man to do it, he probably isn't as worried about your paint as you are!

Miles are good! Does your car have flowmasters and turn downs by any chance? I can't remember. I miss the drone almost.I have Hooker Max Flows going on mine. I'll probably hate it.
