I guess it might be a good idea. I guess the sfi ones are tougher? Or do they have a actual safety device built into them to keep them from scattering?

Mine was steel instead of cast iron... not as prone to catastrophic failure. Cast iron kinda blows apart when it breaks.

I would like to know what everyone thinks. I have a parts store stock replacement flywheel FMS clutch stock bell housing. Maybe it is because I broke the stock axel or maybe I am just getting soft. But my ankles have been in the back of my mind more lately.

More likely to take your heel off... I spent the money once, it doesn't hurt that much.

I haven't updated in awhile. I need to take some pictures.

I got a set of BBK chrome long tube headers. A Ram HDX clutch kit, pilot bearing, new rear main seal and a Hurst line lock in the other day.

I made a list of parts needed to finish. WOW I still have a lot to get. Overwhelming. I hope I get this done by March.

good call on the long tubes. Yeah, that list turns into serious coin before it's all said and done.

Yeah got a good deal on the headers. Traded some slicks I couldn't use for them. They are in great shape.

Gotta get a few things done and order the cam, rockers and pushrods. Then gaskets and various other things and it should be ready to go maybe.

I am so ready to get this thing back together and drive it again.

It's fun to read another new Fox Mustang build, especially one with a Ford engine in it. From the rate you are going I think you be going quicker than BBR soon.

lol I wish. I just hope to not be the slowest car there again.

Maybe next year I will rebuild again and get closer to what bbr runs

I found out a long time ago, don't have a faster car than the boss, even if it is. I said "my car is faster than that Porsche" and they (the older wiser guys I worked with) said "Not if you want to keep getting a paycheck here"

So... the question is, who has the bigger paycheck? lol.

Back at the ranch, was the miraculous Beecam discovered hiding in the cam bores? What bumpstick are you putting in there?
