  • A moment of silence please, while another whale is being offered...

This weekend I made a start with parting out my 'spare' '65 Chrysler 300, which I had acquired a few years ago as a parts car after someone yanked the 413-engine and transmission. I had bought it mainly because of the cheap price, as I couldn't let it sit and most likely being hauled to the scrapper.
Somewhere in the car's life, someone decided to cut off the roof of this once 2-dr hardtop car, turning it into a Parade car, or something like that.
The car is an original European export-car, as it's was assembled in Switserland by Schinznach.
Therefore it also has a Kilometer-speedometer, and some nice other options aswell as limited slip axle, 9-blades per leafspringpack suspension and power windows and seats.
These parts will eventually find their way into my '65 Chrysler 300 convertible, so all is not lost.
I will also save all the sheetmetal of this car, as it's almost 100% rustfree.
