I have a WS6 box under the bench that i ran for yrs till it got loose. Really liked that box. About 120,000 miles ago I bought an AGR pump and box, constant ratio. Other than the box going back for repair twice and the pump once, right after I bought them...Its been great. If I could do it again I would go back to a variable box. It feels better on the top end. 2c.

I have a smaller version for my racebikes, couldn't live without it.
With all that tire spin have you considered Cal-Tracs, sounds like you have good power but no "Stick".

Mike, ya took the words out of my mouth:

CalTracs leaf springs+CalTracs bars= Plant that rear and yank the skinnies...... ;D...lost count of how many cars were running these out at ORP for the Pinks! All-Out last Chance deal.....noses reaching for the sky.

BTW Keith, I'm eyeballin' a similar-year Disco in blue near me.......may take the plunge myself.

Glad you were finally able to get that thing out to the track, great motivator!

Gotta tell ya... I've really fallen for this thing...it's simply a Cool as car with a trunk from Hell... freaking thing simply works... Can't wait till I feel comfortable enough to drive it to the track and back...

CalTracs, Mr. Turk.....if I had a leaf-spring suspended vehicle, they'd be on mine post-haste....I can't believe how effective that stuff really is, but it's true!

I miss having a car with a trunk......hatchbacks are just too big a hassle with no real room or security.
