  • 1982 malibu wagon

This started as a quickie grocery getter/travel with the dogs car. Wife wanted something different and picked this. It looked to be in pretty good shape/price was right so we bought it. Once on the jack stands it had the g-body frame rot that I hadn't seen, brake lines rusty and leaking in several places, on and on with nickles and dimes. One thing lead to another, it's 2 years since I started and still going....btw the wife bought a Jeep, she was tired of waiting ;D

Frame off of a Malibu wagon... cool!

I remember replacing the framerails of my first ride, a '78 Malibu.

Hey I'm no serious wagon fan, but i think you might have one there.
Once i saw the pic with the freshly painted hood and fender i was sold.
She should be a very straight car. It'll be one of those.
"Wow look at that wagon" Then you realize what you just said.

Really nice man, keep it up. ;)

what paint products are you using?

                              traditional or HVLP gun?
