I see instructions, like speed limits, as an interesting starting point. From there on I do my own thing.

this rubber is theoretically supposed to be for landscaping - it's made of recycled rubber... also works great as a shim

and I had to recharge the front shock again... I think it's going to need to be sent back and get looked at by the pros.... all the rest don't leak at all

weekly update. I've been building a deck and repairing dry rot so things have slowed down on this... fortunately, I'm at the point where I simply do a few minor things and drive it a lot

In transporting a dog on Friday, I found that I need another level in this

first, be sure you're going to aim the chop saw at a full tank of fuel

the ARB air bag is an utter pain to pack, but in snow and sand, it's without equal

                  further along
                  paint

                  cut apart and paint again

                  test fit again

the plan is the center section could have a small, bench seat and the front cover could be removed for a place for feet. Behind the seat would go another box to take the gear that's in the footwell.... if I ever need it. For now it'll be a floor over the arb air bag and the tool/backpack well for my pooch to rest comfortably. Yeah, I know gas is inside - goes well with what's under the passenger seat AND most times the top isn't going to be on this....

                    time to fill the holes

                    glue together

                    and a hole mostly filled

I've more to do, but I think I'm going to like them being removeable and lockable.

That's pretty cool. I have a danger dog space in mine. Here's a pic of it:

Taking the FJ or the H2? Or is it H3?

I don't have an FJ or an H2, the H3 is staying home and the '40 is going out to break down... I mean... go play in the snow.
