    I am running roller cam bearings but think you can run normal cam bearing. I am using a custom grind Hydraulic Roller with twin turbos to make it a true daily driver. Its .705 lift and now the duration @ .050 escapes me. With 17-19 lbs of boost to start it should make 1500 HP. Bigger Turbo's and more aggressive cam it could top 2500 hp on proper fuel. Parts are there to handle that amount of power but it would no longer be a daily driver. It's 9.0 Compression and am running EFI

    I did get the 2.7 Fired up on New Year's Eve! Runs fantastic. Now on to the fun stuff. Eliminating all wires not needed.

    What a FANTASTIC and easy swap it was. Less than 2 days start to finish to wire it all up. It will maintain stock 1966 4x4 chassis and suspension. May upgrad...

    Some of the features I want to maintain.

    1) Cruise Control
    2) HVAC from Donor using all donor controls
    3) SYNC
    4) TPMS
    5) Power Seats
    6) Use the Donor Dash Cluster will save a bunch of $$ over aftermarket
    7) I want to maintain the YAW function with steering wheel angle and how many degrees truck is side to side and front to back. Its free might as well use it
    8) I will use the Back Up Camera and also back up sensors
    9) I will use the tow package
    10) Transmission Cooler (6R80 Automatic)
    11) Using the 9" Rear axle but will add locking (tight version limited slip)
    12) Navigation (Integrated)
    13) DC converter forget how many amps it is rated at
    14) Wiring has at least 4 USB ports will keep those
    15) Blue Tooth to pair my phone

    Will have to wait until I get to desktop computer. One pic at a time here.
    Better part of day on wiring to see if I can get it to run prior to getting a bit too deep in project.
    Doing this one as cheap as possible for a daily driver using parts from various vehicles I have floating around.
    Hoping to have it running by January 1st!

    Glutton for punishment I guess! Started another project to fill a few gaps in time I do not have & $ I do not have.
    1966 F100 4x4 with a 2.7 EcoBoost.
    Its called Eco2.7!

    What I like about the FEs and the Buicks - do NOT sound like a Chevy. Not sure I know why but the sound is unique.
