Found this the other day for 800 bones. and I've got a a sweet engine I just built i was going to install in my B4C but I cant bring myself to kill the originality of the drivetrain so the tpi 305 stays in for now... so the buick has won the powertrain lottery. going auto first but would like to swap in a t56.

Where did you find SS Wheels?.

I've been looking for my dad's SS for a long time.

I had to drive to ft worth from temple tx to get them. There is another set on the east tx Craigslist but they had a hard life.

Thanks , on the lookout for a set of bonnies think i will have a hard time finding decent interior parts down here..lol replaced my steering box with a remaned Lares unit off rock auto for an impala ss and a steering shaft from a jeep cherokee really improved the drivability and replaced the sway bar frame bushings with moog units so much win..

while I was in the junkyard i found a 85 z28 with the steering box ready to be plucked.

If you want a cheap sway bar upgrade and my sources are correct, the factory front sway bars from C1500 GMT400s will fit. Sources also say that the frames didn't change much, if any, when the body changed from box to bubble. I have personally stood my '88 B front bar next to a Belltech GMT400 replacement bar and they are near mirror images. Unfortunately one GMT400 project is stalled while another (among others) have taken priority. With a little luck and good weather I will have a spare GMT400 front bar to try to bolt to my '88 B-body to verify my eyeball measurements. Sway bar upgrades are the only suspension upgrade I haven't done to my wragon yet, due to wanting to save a few hundred on sway bars.

Sorry for the book, I don't get out much. ;)

We had issues with the sway bar on the bullet... found the Dorman replacement was a solid bar vs a hollow tube one, and larger diameter to boot! bargain basement priced, and all we needed was new bushings to make it work! vast improvement... I took the liberty of looking up the one for your project: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/r...la/submodel/ss

The V92 tow package cars got the same size front bar as the impala ss and 9C1 . Silver that bar you linked is for the FWD impala's
