The efi port exits are smaller, but they are shaped way better inside. You can barely fit your finger through a D3 port with the stock thermactor bump and valve guide protrusion. They flow horribly and go turbulent around 0.400" lift. I could probably port them to flow better, but my desire to do that is zero.
The F3TE heads (EFI) are +25cfm at 0.400, +35cfm at 0.500 stock for stock. That makes a huge difference in power potential. They are still about 30cfm lower than a TFS head, but are a definite step in the right direction.
