Ha I wish. We are actually gonna make a quick trip to do some skiing. But I really wanted to get the spring changed so I would not be thinking about it the whole time!
oh yeah, instead you can think about SCJ-A heads and 4.14 stroke cranks cuz it really needs to be over 500" and air gap intakes and new clutch packs for the C6 and Gear Vendors and .... hahahhahha. Good luck!
take care on those skis... it's hard to lean over the fender in a body cast.
What you did not pick that up as a just in case spare?
It's called 'disposable income'.... or really, lack thereof. See reference to skiing.
That kit had flat top pistons with SCJ reliefs. That would result in an E85-only compression ratio with a 72~cc chamber. Might have been fun in the Mustang, but the truck? Notsomuch.
Disposable income, whats that? I have newborn and in 4 weeks I will be cutting daycare checks, trying to figure out how I can clone my self. One to go to my current day job, one to get a second job, and maybe I can get some rest.
I figured out how to clone myself, but the only problem is that you can't clone marbles.....and I didn't have enough for the 3 of me.
Don't waste your effort - its a dead end experiment.
(Anyone seen my shooter?)
Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.
I bumped the distributor back a couple of teeth at lunch and fired it up. It started much much much easier than yesterday, but was still running strange. I'm beginning to wonder if the TDC mark on the balancer is correct.
