watch the offset, make sure the cheap steel rims are old enough that they won't hit the brakes, steering etc. It was a problem on my 57 one ton.My fabulous web page

I think I read that a plain ole 16x7 or 8 with 0 offset will fit the big brake trucks fine.Life is short. Be a do'er and not a shoulda done'er.

140 beans for BFG's?!?!? SCORE!! The cheapest I've seen them new is on discount tire direct and its $219 A TIRE for 265's!
I don't care if they are shiney or black....but I will vote for 16x8's! Be nice to fill out the wheel wells a little and 265's have plenty of width for them.
If I had to guess...the chrome wagons on it are 8's and the white one is a 7? I was REALLY hoping you could clean up and use them.... Its too bad new 16x8's chrome wagons are 100 bucks EACH!! There HAS to be a good looking cheaper option out there!
And as much as I'd like to see a 16x8....factory '90's 16x7's are pretty good looking on dentsides, but not that easy to find....

The wheels on it are 16.5's so they are destined for the scrap heap..... or Craigslist. haha
I do like the factory 90's wheels. There's a truck around the corner from my house with them. Wonder if he'd notice them missing.... my guess is yes.
I tend to favor aluminum wheels because they don't rust and can be looking sad and then will polish up nice.Life is short. Be a do'er and not a shoulda done'er.

All right, I'm gonna eat crow. LMC does have decent prices on wheels, and they have every size to fit, I believe. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/FC/full.aspx?page=83
