  • 1964 283 short block

Currently disassembled. Has been in dry, temperature controlled storage (my basement) for a couple years.

    Block casting # 3834810
    Crank casting # 3876768

    Cast crank
2-bolt small journal block -- light surface rust in the bores. Bores are otherwise clean. No cracks or problems that I am aware of.
Comes with pistons and rods (pistons still on rods)
    No camshaft
    No cylinder heads

Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Shooooooot.... Brian... I dunno.... I'm stumped.

I like it, but I don't wanna be a jerk and low-ball ya, but I honestly have no clue what they're worth.

                    How's $100 sound?

Anyone got a set of vortecs for it?

Make it a buck and a quarter and you own it.
