It's been Choo-Choo'd, ain't no way that's factory in 78. Way to tell if's atleast a pre-84 frame is to see if it has the crossmember for the TH200-4R or a pre-81 cab if it has the stamping knockout for the clutch rod.

The tail lights are wrong for a 78. 78 had the reverse lights to the outside, 79 up they were as pictured.
