    That's the way to buy one. Let someone do the expensive work. Just hope the work done is a total cluster f***.

        Want it ? I'll stash it in the backyard until you can come and get it. Its only half a car, my mrs will never know.

          Anthony, thank for the kind offer.
          If it were a Gen 1 (1962-65) it would already be gone, as I would use my street car to finish it off,
          but allas, it was not meant to be.

          I still want a '63 Corvette Convertible, but since I just bought 2-1/2 acres of land with my savings,
          that dream is going to be much later too ....
          :P

            Land is good,you cant drive it but you can use to store more cars. I dont know what you have in mind but good luck.
