Turbo Limiteds are relatively rare but that's a lot of work to be done and from the pictures it's hard to tell if it's a reall Limited or not. Pretty decent combination of basic mods and upgrades.

Black with chrome bumpers is pretty rare. The bumper filler are all available too (reproduced) pretty good car to redo.
Thats pretty cheap as well.
