Nope, those ones are full frame, pretty much the same chassis as the 60 - 64 full size Fords, just a bit longer at the back of course because it is a Merc.

My buddy Stu sent me this link. He has a 64 Parklane 4-door sedan with the Breezeaway rear window, and used to have a 64 Parklane Marauder 4-door hardtop.
