        what do you mean, why? It's the only thing to do to a neon

        Although it is a waste of a perfectly good 440.

        Probably can't sell the car to anyone in CA because it's totally smog illegal. He's in the service, so he can get the car registered in his home state.

                If even my '88 Opel-heap with it's puny 1.6 'powerplant' ;D can break the tires loose in the damn stuff, I'd rather do it with a few hundred horses under the hood, and do it good! :D

                Exterior-wise it wouldn't matter anyway, both are as ugly as a rotten grape in the fall... lol
