    Lose the ridiculous wheels (someone might even pay you for them) and start over. Looks pretty rough though. I always dug these for some odd reason.

    1967 Chevelle 300 2 Door Post. No factory options. 250 ci inline six with lump-ported head, big valves, Offy intake and 500cfm Edelbrock carb.

    Ah... the bobtailed boattail. Loose the wheels and then become good friends with Wheatbelt Antique for getting the missing interior parts. 73 455 isn't a bad starting point if you up the compression with some 67-70 (67-69 will need hybrid pushrods and plugs in the oiling ports) or aftermarket heads, dump the intake for an aluminum one, and put a decent cam in it and things will be even better.
