Its a bolt-in. About the only part that needs modifying is cutting the fan shroud back about 4". Did nearly the same thing to a '78 Buick Regal, swapped the 231 V6 for a 350 Buick V8.

They sold them with all three of the GM corporate ~300 cube engines. Pontiac 301, Chevy 305 and Olds 307.

It'll fit a BBC or a Cadillac 500 with factory style motor mounts.
