Like someone's gonna forget it's an Oldsmobile? If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue

ya, that lettering is not stock.. so what, bet half the car shows for the other side of the hobby(imports), have no idea what a olds is.
it's easily removed anyways..
and if it leaves a shadow even better..

I'd rather see a black strip front to rear following the same body lines as that lettering.
Going out on a limb here........back in '92ish a guy I worked with had a VERY similar car. not sure of the year, but it was darn close.
I don't remember an "Oldsmobile" sticker, but it had the same 442 lettering.
It stands out in my mind because I distinctly remember his insurance company giving him all kinds of grief because they did not show a 442 model for that year. He eventually went with stated value insurance to protect his investment, but never did resolve the 442 issue.
Any input guys? Did he have a phantom car?Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.

Lettering it ok if it looks right. Not a fan of the 'Oldsmobile' lettering on that car.
Maybe a stripe that matches the trunk would look better?
The rest of the car does look great though.
