Looks like a ramp-bed truck candidate if there ever was one.
Modern driveline(at least something with more torque than a 283 in a truck that big), cleanup and modern rolling stock(bias-plys, tubes and split-ring rims do nothing for me), and I could totally see something like Magneto's Wilshire Shaker chained to the back.....Comment
