      You know I've checked twice today to see if you'd seen it..... thanks for noticing..... I'm trying to convince a 16 year old that it should be his first car....

        As long as the frame rails aren't rusted away like mine was, why not?

          Man, where can I find those gas prices again?
          Hauling ass & sucking gas are the best uses for a truck.

            No kidding. This was taken in the fall of 86. Just three years before I was paying $1.45 because of the last gas crisis.

            My friend, the smoker, complains about those cig prices.

                Interestingly, in Washington (swampy seattle) we don't have the problem of rust that most people envision... no it's not CA but it's also not a salt state.... they use the spray on the roads that actually keep water off the frame - who would have thought that the envirowackos could have helped car owners?
