If a car add from Maine does not make any reference to Rust Free, shoud I just assume it has major rust issues?

sometimes it'll say that and the car will be junk and sometimes it wont say that and the car will be nice. it depends on a car-to-car basis. us mainers(the smart ones anyway) always check something over real good before we buy it
