How are your lines? Close to exhaust anywhere that would be boiling down lower and just the only way for it to get out is thru the carb?
Mild or wild cam? stops at split overlap where the exhaust and intake valves are both open somewhere?
new carb or rebuilt? Might just change the float seats to make sure its sealing

I used the Nicop fuel line, ran pretty much like factory on a 80 malibu, i just didnt reuse the mounts. Ill get under there and look again.. The carb is a 670 Brawler, o bought it new with the crate engine. Its a 450hp 383 from Smeding in san antonio, also im running an air gap rpm intake. Im also going to install a holley heat shoeld gasket today and see if that helps. Im wondering if its something to do with th passageways on the metering block, i read an article last night where a guy had the same issue and it was the metering block gasket that uncovered the timed vacuum port hole just a tad,. I sure hope i didnt wash down the cylinders on that side. Engine has like 1000 miles so far..

I have had trouble with fuel boiling when I still had winter blend gas in it. Holley Dominator on a single plane Victor manifold. Dumped in fresh fuel and it was good to go. The winter blend stuff boils super easy.Life is short. Be a do'er and not a shoulda done'er.

Heard of it but I've never been there. It's one of those places that you don't go through to get anywhere.Life is short. Be a do'er and not a shoulda done'er.
