    how old is the fuel filter ?you have to have 9-12 psi under load - fuel regulators go bad
    pickup coil gets old and corroded , oil can get up the dist shaft and cause wire fretting
    coils go bad a lot , pull the boot on the coil side and look for a rusty tower
    see if your compression is at 155-175 psi

      also check the wire going to and the plug in on the knock sensor. they are prone to heat and get hard/crusty/melted alot of times on those cars
