  • torque convertor 700R4 ?

Im pretty sure the one in my 91 chevy fullsize truck is going out and when it comes time to replace it are there any recommendations for one ?

Its a reg cab long bed, drivetrain is stock, 350 engine, 235-75-15 tires, not sure on gear ratio, the truck is a driver and will pull a car trailer from time to time

No expert here, but I've done a few 700 swaps. I have always used a local converter shop for those type of applications. I usually only pay around $90 for one, and they have some adjustabilty with stall speed/heavy duty sprags, etc.

I've had super good luck with the TCI in the hot rod, but it was $350 iirc .....
