Update: I put a manual shutoff valve in the supply heater hose, had heard that the electronic one VA uses can have issues. In 95 deg heat at highway speeds, it stayed cold. Really glad it worked, as there's no room on the condenser for a pusher fan. Something to consider no matter which aftermarket system you go with.
