I had a lube company try to sell me some stuff for machinery. It was just a paste grease you put on machines or cabinets if paint wore off. I like to crawl under my cars so dont think I would use it all over, but if you powdercoated some suspension parts and its scraped or chipped something like that is a nice touch up so the parts wont rust.

it could be useful, and it'd be really cool to protect backpacks, boots and such... still, it's pretty expensive and there are other options that don't cost nearly as much.... heck, for frame coating, using the same stuff they use to keep bridges from freezing - that stuff works excellent as a frame protectorDoing it all wrong since 1966
