  • 2001 Grand Am no start

Hey- Working on a (Canadian market) Grand Am with a 3.4. It cranks, has fuel pressure and good pump function (No, I haven't been able to actually check the pressure, but judging from the spray out the rail, it is doing OK.) Has spark, will sputter to life on starting fluid. I can't hear the injectors firing, so I'm wondering if there is something particular to these that might be going on.

    B2960 ..pass lock code
quick test ....try to start , leave key on for 10 minutes
    until security light quits flashing
    then try to start
pass lock pk3 sensors always puke , very easy to replace

Buddy of mine has had to the key re-learn twice on his '01 Malibu. Sounds like it is trying to start because it fires each injector once then shuts them off. PITA.
