Well....it was a couple of things....

1. Bad ground on the sockets
2. Blown Fuse
3. Inverted wires on passenger bulb

It is all good now.....Sweet. Thank you everyone for your help and responses.

How'd you fix the bad grounds?

Cleaned up the metal around the post and ran new wires...
