Is a Holley 4360 carb good for any performance applications?

I have a Holley 4360 4 barrel carb, I was wondering if it would have any performance use. It has a pigtail wire connector coming out of the front which leads me to believe it doesn't.

4360 is a economaster series carb be good for a car that will se a bit of street use with a mild to stock motor
