From a junkyard. Pulled the balancer right off an early 90's escort, got home and hammered it off =P

You won't have any problem reading that wheel on your pulley. Ford VR sensor will do the trick. Here's a part number they should have at your local store: BWD brand, part #CSS800
I think that's the escort sensor. flange mount, easy to work with, and hard to kill.www.realtuners.com - catch the RealTuners Radio Podcast on Youtube, Facebook, iTunes, and anywhere else podcasts are distributed!

The ring sits pretty recessed compared to both the balancer and the pulley, plus the balancer has holes in it that may create a false signal ??
Escaped on a technicality.

You might use the Cherry or Hamlin hall sensors to sneak in there, but I am pretty sure you'll be fine. A couple weeks back we had a guy who cut the 36-1 pattern into his stamped pulley, which looked just like yours, and it works perfectly. I say you'll be fine with the right sensor that you can sneak in there between the balancer and pulley.www.realtuners.com - catch the RealTuners Radio Podcast on Youtube, Facebook, iTunes, and anywhere else podcasts are distributed!

My old set up had the wheel behind the dampener and it was good form a signal perspective with an LS1 sensor. I'm doing the same with the new set-up that is required by the new Dampener. I'll post pictures when its done. Soon I hope.Drag Week 2006 & 2012 - Winner Street Race Big Block Naturally Aspirated - R/U 2007 Broke DW '05 and Drag Weekend '15 Coincidence?
